1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Coco Powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Refrigerate 1 hour or leave overnight
Topping:
Vanilla yogurt
Strawberry and blueberry (optional)
Honey Maple Syrup Chia Pudding
1/4 cup of Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Refrigerate 1 hour or leave Overnight
Topping:
Vanilla yogurt
Banana (optional)
